Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of our return policy we can not accept returns on unsatisfied items/buyers remorse, incorrect sizes and exchanges. Any an all sales are final.


What should I do if my item is damaged when I receive it, or if its missing?

For items that are missing or damaged upon delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; or if you have not received it at all.
Your item must be in the original packaging, and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You must also have the order number if provided, and you can contact 06 District: Here

Once our distributor receives your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you on the status of your return, after inspecting the item. Soon after if your return is approved, Printful will communicate with you on the best possible way to send you your item.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Make sure to take any pictures of the item received, so as to provide proof and details of the damage upon delivery. Email Here


When will I receive my item after I place my order? 

Orders will take 3-7 days to process before they are shipped. If an item is restocking, the estimated shipping time will be listed in the item description.


Can I change my address on the order? 

You can change your address on your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided for your order. Please double check that the information you enter is complete and correct.


My tracking number says my package was delivered but I never received it. 

Unfortunately we have no control over how your package is handled or delivered once it is shipped out. We recommend that you contact your local postal service/post office to inquire about the location of your package.


Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship to Japan, Canada, and the UK currently. International shipping cost is calculated so it will vary based on your shipping location. (other places soon)


Can you sponsor me?
